Terms of service
A simple matching service, plainly stated.
Effective August 16, 2026
What this service does
SarasotaACQuotes is an independent matching service. We accept HVAC estimate requests and may route each request to one participating Sarasota-area company when coverage is available. We are not an HVAC contractor and do not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee any estimate or work.
Your request
You agree to provide accurate information, submit requests only for property you are authorized to discuss, and use the service for legitimate HVAC needs. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a company is available, will contact you, or will offer any particular price or service.
The matched company
The matched company is an independent third party responsible for its estimate, licence, insurance, pricing, scheduling, contracts, employees, workmanship, warranties, and any resulting claim. Before a company receives requests, it must provide proof of licence and insurance; you should still confirm current credentials and coverage directly before work begins.
Fees and compensation
There is no charge to submit an estimate request and no obligation to hire the matched company. A participating company may compensate us for the connection. Your agreement and payment for HVAC work, if any, are directly with that company.
No emergency service
This site is not an emergency dispatch service. If there is fire, smoke, a gas or refrigerant concern, electrical danger, or another immediate threat, leave the area if appropriate and contact emergency services or the relevant utility.
Limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without promises about response time, availability, results, or third-party work. SarasotaACQuotes is not responsible for agreements, losses, property damage, injuries, delays, disputes, or claims arising from a matched company’s estimate or services.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
